I've been surprised at the number of people who weren't aware that they could collect from the stuffed bear every day as I mentioned it today to some friends as a way they could obtain bear claws they require to ready their oxen for the rodeo mission, so I thought Id cover it in a post and get it out there. We get the big ole FrontierVille stuffed bear from trading in the mystery animal collection as seen here

We can collect from the stuffed bear everyday and keep several if we wish on our homesteads. The stuffed bear gives us items from the bear collection we can trade in for an animal ready boost
Something else I'd like to mention again as there has been some confusion with the boosts which are available in the general store. I will show an example below of the oxen boost since that's what most people are looking for at the moment. These boosts will NOT ready all your animals, the example below shows FIVE oxen boosts for FIVE horseshoes. Each boost will boost ONE animal ONCE. After you purchase your boosts you will find them in your inventory, you click "use" in the interface and then hover over the animal you wish to boost, now click and your animal will be instantly "ready" to harvest (click) to the next growth stage.

This is not my first rodeo with these oxen partner! Many of my friends know all too well how I just love raising these beasts and selling them off. You can see my videos below for actual demos of how to go about using animal ready boosts, and animal harvest boosts as well as selling livestock in FrontierVille. I had many people messaging me at Facebook with alot of questions surrounding these things prompting me to re-post my You Tube videos. However.. with this mission here FrontierVillle is merely asking us to sell 15 oxen, not very many so I really wouldn't recommend using harvests atall, its only 15 clicks each stage. Also as I have pointed out in my video the hay hooks are extremely rare and best used sparingly. To get this mission completed I would recommend using the animal ready boosts then click to harvest them manually.. unless- you want to do a mass animal harvest at the same time such as I had done, emptying out inventory and filling right up on as many oxen as you could ; that would be a good use of any harvest boosts you may have and well worth it! You would get these 15 oxen and the quest completed, as well as many animals you so desire to stock right up on for a very lucrative harvest! Another reason I had done this as well is: it had been approx 2 mths since Ive done a mass animal harvest and I wanted to make sure all the nubers were still the same/ I have the numbers correct for boosts required and harvests required for oxen to grow from baby to adult. It looks like this-
Animal Harvests required- 7 (tip- I always do the 1st round manually making it 6) they are ready to harvest when you purchase and do not grow a stage making easy to click away without worry...
(Animal harvest boosts come from the barn collection.)
Animal Readys required - 6 (animal ready boosts come from trading in the bear collection)
*then you sell each individually yourself. Your pioneer does not walk for this process though making it nice and fast and easy to keep maxing the bonus bar as well.
All this said and done, I think the main goal here is to promote the new boosts in the general store which some of you would be okay buying if you only need to boost 1 or 2..etc or for just the 15, maybe for one round but certainly not a mass animal ready or harvest.

A new mission has been added to our list today, the water tower mission. For this task we need to have 1000 wood, get five survey authorizations and five water right agreements. If you had any survey authorizations from previous tasks these will count, but will be used up when you complete this task. Upon completion of this task you will receive 250xp and the water tower itself of coarse.

While in my homestead this evening I went to trade in a collection and to my surprise I noticed a new element placed within the "my stuff" area, tagged coming soon. Judging by the photo it seems asthough we will either have a record of completed tasks or achievements or most likely I would like to think it will be used to display current tasks we're on ( replacing whatever is normally in the left side bar now) as that has been needed from day 1. Many have noted the taskbar on the left has created several different problems for their gameplay and at times there hasn't been room for all the tasks at hand to be displayed at once, causing them to "disappear" so to speak. I'll find out a definate answer and post as soon as I have the correct information. Tweet

Well! Zynga games have come out with a new game and as an avid gamer I can already see its success, I think they have a winner here folks! FrontierVille seems to be a great combination of all the games they have already in place, FarmVille, Treasure Isle, and I foresee a little of Petville and CafeWorld all coming together in one place! Im a very picky gamer and already I see it's going to be a personal favourite of mine! Now, Ill just get down to some of the facts here and get back to the gaming aspect,FrontierVille was released June 9th/2010- if you want full biz profile on the game itself or Zynga you can check these archives-
